string : the search text (a word or a phrase)
sln : search text's language ('en'=English, 'cy'=Welsh)
dln : language of the user interface
subjectSchema : the name of the subject fields system. (at the moment only 'IPSV' is accepted)
subjectIds : a list of ids from the subject fields system, seperated by "|", that is to be used in the search. e.e. subjectIds=430|499
format : format of response ('json' or 'xml')
